Personal Assistant
Qualifications required :

• Female max. 35 years old
• Single
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
• Candidates should have 3 years relevant previous experience as Personal Assistant in international hotel/restaurant.
• Required skill(s): exceptional computer literacy – word, excel, publisher, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, highly developed organizational skills.
• Maturity to handle a range of situations.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated, energetic and good personality.
• Can go for traveling.
• Based in Bali.

Assistant Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities :

• Hands by hands with Restaurant Manager manage dining room area
• Planning appropriate menus
• Hiring, training and managing restaurant staff
• Monitor health and safety standards
• Stock management
• Maintaining restaurant standards
• Maintaining relations with suppliers and customers
• Managing shifts
• Managing food quality and service
• Client satisfaction
• Co-ordination between kitchen and dining area
• Organizing marketing activities

Requirements:
- Candidates should have 5 years relevant previous exp. in international hotel/restaurant.
- Good Command of English both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, energetic and good personality.
- Can joint immediately.
- Based in Bali.
