General Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
- Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years in relevant field (1-12)
- Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication ( 1-5)
- Excellent command of English communication (1-5); Speak other foreign languages than English will be an advantage
- Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel (1,2,4); Proficient in spreadsheet
- Knowledge of Myob (1,2,4)
- Well-groomed, personable and have an excellent customer service skills ( 1,2,3,4,5,7)
- Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
